I'm Prue Hill, founder of The Tailored COO.

By profession, I'm a Chief Operations Officer. By choice, I'm someone who believes every day is a special occasion.

For years I dressed the way I thought I was expected to. Like many women, I worried about fitting in more than standing out.

Then everything changed.

After a life-changing weight loss, a renewed focus on my health, and the confidence to stop dressing for everyone else, I began rebuilding my wardrobe with intention.. I discovered the timeless elegance of tailoring, the personality of menswear-inspired details, and the freedom that comes from wearing what feels authentically you.

The Tailored COO was born from that journey.

My style isn't about chasing trends or filling a wardrobe with new clothes. It's about choosing quality pieces, wearing them often, and styling them in ways that reflect your personality. You'll see me repeat outfits, rework the same blazer several times in a week, and mix classic tailoring with feminine details because great style isn't about owning more. It's about wearing what you love with confidence.

I stopped trying to blend in a long time ago. That's intentional.

I've reached a point in my life where I no longer save my favourite outfits for special occasions.
